The 15th Ipswich Music Day takes
place on Sunday 2nd July in Christchurch Park.
The largest free one-day music event in East Anglia promises
to better than ever before. The family day, which sees local
musicians and performers giving something back to the community
that supports them throughout the year, has come a long way
since it started - when performers' platforms were made of hardboard
and bricks.
Showcasing the brightest and the best musical acts on the local
music scene, playing on seven stages in the beautiful surroundings
of Christchurch Park and in the neighbouring Key coffee shop.
Past years have seen everything from country to classical, reggae
to rock, Bach, bluegrass and blues. You might just hear something
you never knew you loved. |
