Beccles & District Museum
Housed in a 16th Century Grade 1 listed building you will find local history displays that show work, town and social life and that played by the nearby river. The building itself was the former home of the original Sir John Leman School. Facilities: Toilets and shop. Hands on area.

BRANDON
Brandon Heritage Centre
Travel back to the Stone Age where you can visit a flint knapper’s workshop and relive the Neolithic times thru to the present day. As well as local town history there is a special display on rabbit fur processing. Facilities: Small shop.

Mid Suffolk Light Railway
This is the only railway museum in Suffolk, where the former Mid Suffolk Light Railway is recreated. Many original station buildings and steam locomotives on display along with lots of photographs and memorabilia.

Moyse’s Hall Museum
12th Century building which thru the years has served the town as: a gaol; fire station and a railway parcels office. Now housing the story of West Suffolk from prehistoric times to the present time. Ancient jewellery, Suffolk Regiment memorabilia and other local history artefacts.

Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation Museum
A collection of 35 aircraft plus thousands of aviation-related artefacts within six themed buildings and a hangar (including Air-Sea Resce, 446th Bomb Group and Royal Observer Corps).
