Glee Club Tent announced for V Festival

Get ready to belly laugh as the full Glee Club Comedy Tent line up, led by Aussie funny man Tim Minchin and 8 Out of 10 Cats team captain Sean Lock is announced. With just 30 days to go until this year’s V Festival, sponsored by Virgin Media, what better way to mark this milestone than to reveal the exciting comedic talent appearing on the bill.

Tim Minchin will be joined during the weekend of the 18th and 19th August, by a host of big name comedians, including Glee Club Comedy Tent favourite Doc Brown and puntastic Mock the Week favourite Milton Jones.

Sean Lock comments, “I’m very excited about playing V Festival, as I’m convinced it will be the first rain free festival we’ve had all summer… Looking forward to it immensely.”

Across the weekend, festivalgoers will be treated to a plethora of household favourites plus up and coming talent, with Mancunian funnyman Justin Moorhouse and Comedy Club favourite Kevin McCarthy turningtheir hand to MC duties during the weekend.
