The Suffolk Craft Society is now well known for its annual Summer Exhibition in Aldeburgh, Suffolk, receiving over 5000 visitors over the 6 weeks it is open. This year is our 40th at the Peter Pears Gallery on Aldeburgh High Street so the exhibition is titled ‘Ruby Red’!
This year’s Summer Exhibition opens to the public on Sunday 17th July 2011 at 10am. Suffolk Craft Society members will show their latest work and buyers can choose from an unequalled range of beautiful designer crafts with prices varying from just a few pounds for fun accessories to wear and small items for the home, to several hundred pounds for the large pieces of fine furniture or intricate jewellery.
The exhibition is manned by the Society’s members, so you can enjoy the benefits of buying locally made items by speaking to the makers about their work. Many people, locals and tourists alike, come back to our Summer Exhibition year after year, so come and see what you have been missing!
